How it works -
Upon our initial meeting via phone or FaceTime we will go through a movement analysis and discuss your goals and current lifestyle in depth.
Your Bespoke Program -
This is not some generic program it is designed based on all the information I have before me and harnessing over 15 years experience along with the science to create your bespoke program. Once I've reviewed it, it will be a shared document on google docs with links to all the exercises attached via YouTube.
Accountability -
Daily support via instant messaging, weekly email check ins, monthly phone/FaceTime to review your new program and a video exercise library all to keep you accountable and on track to achieving your goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Enhance your fitness journey with our customised face-to-face training sessions, designed to cater to your specific goals and needs. Every new client receives an initial movement analysis along with a personalised training program tailored just for them.
Sessions start at $135 each, or you can save by buying a package of 10 sessions for just $1200.
ABOUT ME
Meet your Bespoke trainer - Greg Kafalian
I grew up passionate about bodybuilding and exercise, training in the gym daily after school and studying training videos on YouTube whenever I could. Originally from Newcastle, I decided early on to become a personal trainer, so I moved to Sydney in 2007. There, I earned my Certificate 4 in Fitness and began my career at Fitness First in the Sydney CBD.
My personal training journey has been about investing time and energy into mastering my skills. I’ve worked with top professionals in the industry and gained valuable experience.
I focus on understanding how to build muscle naturally through exercise and nutrition, applying science to help clients achieve their physique goals—though I recognize not everyone shares this aim. Over the years, I’ve developed a deeper understanding of what clients need to reach their goals.
I’m honest, uphold integrity, and avoid unproven trends or fads. I continuously seek the latest evidence-based research on training and nutrition to help you live a better lifestyle.
